The firm has extensive project management experience spanning across multiple industries, with a wide variety of building types including high-rise offices, retail, planned communities, senior housing, medical clinics, and high-tech facilities in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
We have managed smaller-scale interiors projects from 10,000 to 300,000 SF, coordinating all aspects of office relocations from space planning, tenant improvements, furniture coordination, IT, security, phones, to moving offices with more than 1000 employees.

Strategic Facility Planning
• Conduct project meetings
• Generate RFPs for space planning, building technical review, planning and site evaluation services
• Provide conceptual plan alternatives
• Provide presentation materials for Clients internal review
Site and Building Due Diligence
• Generate RFP to hire required consultants, review and recommend to client, as required
• Evaluate zoning, approvals and utilities
• Coordinate consultants
• Review Landlord proposed costs and allowances
• Review LL work letter
• Recommend lease/buy strategies to clients
Design
• Generate RFPs, solicit/review bids, prepare and present bid data to client
• Conduct project meetings
• Conduct value engineering
• Prepare vendor agreements
• Generate and distribute Furniture Vendor RFP, review proposals, recommend vendor for selection
Construction Management
• Generate RFP for General Contractor, solicit and review bids, analyze and recommend
• Generate RFP for on site Construction Manager (CM), as required
• Maintain project reports
• Issue project schedule updates
• Conduct on site weekly meetings
• Resolve field coordination issues
• Manage specialty contractors (IT, AV, Security, Food Services, Furniture, signage, movers, etc.)
• Closeout coordination, including As-Built and O&M Manual training and distribution
Relocation Planning
• Generate and distribute move vendor RFP
• Coordinate and manage all relocation activities
• Help Desk support on move day
