When it Counts – We All Hire a Specialist
Would you have your podiatrist do your hip operation? NO!
Or your pediatrician conduct a spinal tap? NO!
Or have your brain surgeon flush out your kid’s ears? Definitely NOT!
We specialize in relocating government entities who want a company which knows the process, to find them just the right space, at the right price, and minimize the hassles.
The firm has been providing commercial real estate services to Federal, State and local governments since its origin. Learning to represent highly detailed, process oriented public sector interests was a challenge for our first government contractors and this firm. We went back to school! We are the only firm to enroll in the same classes Contract Officers and Realty Specialists attend and we are still sending our group to training sessions to insure our whole team is up to speed and aware of the current regulations and requirements.
We have now completed over 650 transactions totaling more than 7,000,000 million square feet of space from Florida to California. Our public sector clients have asked us to locate and coordinate build-to-suit office buildings, medical centers, and court houses. We have renegotiated hundreds of special lease and acquisition requirements. Our clients have appreciated working with Carpenter/Robbins because we are an effective conduit between the private and public sector. We understand both worlds and find ways to make business and government needs come together to accomplish public sector goals in a variety of business climates. Carpenter/Robbins is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
