Dan offers 14 years of recent leasing experience with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) with nearly a decade as a warranted Lease Contracting Officer for GSA Region 9 (California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Guam). He has presided over multiple high-profile complex leasing projects in the region, including best value source selection, prospectus leases, and build-to-suit procurements. During his time at GSA, Dan was highly successful working with a wide variety of federal agencies with challenging needs; these experiences enabled him to develop keen problem-solving skills while creating efficiencies throughout the entire procurement process. Dan tackles difficult problems head on and has a knack for bringing all stakeholders to agreement, a skill which positively affects the procurement process and helps to expedite project delivery.
Dan also brings to the table over 10 years of private sector construction management experience specializing in all aspects of HVAC installation and operations as well as ancillary construction support activities. He was able to use this background to great advantage while negotiating complex GSA leases and providing post-award construction management for his federal lease projects. Dan’s extensive construction background coupled with his government leasing expertise ensure that lease projects he manages will be delivered at the highest and most expedient level of service.
